When does the hire period start?
Your hire period starts on the date and time your equipment is either delivered or collected from one of our branches.
When does the hire period end?
Your hire ends when you either return the equipment to our depot or call and off-hire to have your equipment picked up by Camden Hire. Please note we don’t automatically pickup equipment hired you must call and notify the office when you have finished. Equipment will remain on hire until you call.
What kind of payments do you accept for hires?
We accept credit card payments (Visa and MasterCard only), EFT payments, Cash and Direct Debits can also be set up for continuous hires.
How can I reserve or book equipment?
You can make a reservation to hire equipment by contacting one of our branches by phone or email.
How can I get a quote?
Most of our prices are online. You can view our online catalogue on the link at the top of the page. To request a quote online simply add the item or items to your cart and go to check-out to put in the request. You can specify the rental length to suit your needs. Alternatively, you can also call one of our branches or send an email to email@example.com to request a quote.
Do I need to let you know when I am finished?
Yes. You must always contact one of our branches when you have finished with the hire. This is called off-hiring. If you do not call or email one of our branches to off-hire the equipment it will stay on hire and you will be charged accordingly.
Are you currently hiring any staff?
Do I have to leave a deposit for my hire?
If you do not have an account with us you will be required to leave a deposit and provide identification. Deposits as a general rule are double the hire amount.
